The Sandhill Fields Experience
All are welcome to experience the 56-acres of open fresh-air. The complex is home to cross-country field hockey, lacrosse, soccer, pickleball and many more activities. On any given day you may find; a youth lacrosse game, a family kicking the soccer ball, pickleball social play, and/or a group walking their dog on our trails. We are a melting pot for our community.
Our Bermuda grass playing fields offer an expansive area for playing a variety of sports. On hot summer days the fields will stay cooler keeping those on them comfortable. They are also durable enough to host multiple sports tournaments throughout the year.
The pickleball courts were designed for the fun, friendly, and social game. This is a great place for the community to come together.
Finally, our walking trail. If you enjoy a walk around water, a stroll through the woods, or run through open grass fields our trail offers it all.
The wonderful experience is only as good as our users. Please be kind, courteous, and respectful of fellow park goers at all times.
Our management team reserves the right to close the park for weather and other conditions such as repair, maintenance, and even to allow our fields to rest. Please check our field status prior to heading out to our complex. These may change at any time.
Georgetown Town Council approved funding to support an indoor fieldhouse at Sandhill Fields. The funding will come from The Great Fund.
